Wojciech Jarosiński

Wojciech Jarosiński is an advocate admitted to the Warsaw Bar (Poland). Wojciech specializes in complex technology disputes. He has led or supervised more than three hundred technology litigations, the aggregated value of which exceeds a couple billion EUR. In addition to his litigation practice, he advises clients on the execution of their critical technology projects, which value exceeds another couple billion EUR.

Wojciech was named as the top dispute resolution lawyer in Poland by Rzeczpospolita Daily, the most prestigious legal ranking in Poland four times (2018-2021). The practice managed by Mr. Jarosiński was ranked in the top 5 of dispute resolution practices in Poland three times (2017-2019) in the same ranking by Rzeczpospolita Daily and was twice named the leading dispute resolution team (2020-2021). Wojciech was featured in the Who’s Who of Foreign Attorneys section of the National Jurist Fall 2019, which is a US magazine. Wojciech is a member of the prestigious Board of Visitors of the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.

Wojciech founded and managed dispute resolution practice at Maruta Wachta law firm, and currently is a partner at Olesinski & Partners.

In addition to his legal practice, Wojciech supports the Andrzej Wróblewski Foundation, which aim is to protect and promote the estate of one of the most prominent Polish painters. Wojciech also co-founded and successfully manages Expedition Cooperative, a collective of photographers documenting human impact on the environment in polar regions.

Wojciech completed his law degree at Jagiellonian University in 2010, received his LL.M. from Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C. in 2011., and joined the Warsaw Bar of Advocates in 2011.
