Judge Tomasz Kałużny PhD – adjudicator in labour law and social security cases, lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok and the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, didactic experience in the implementation of training courses on the practical aspects of the application and interpretation of labour law, social security and EU regulations, experience in the implementation of modernisation initiatives in the field of organisation management; Vice President of the Eastern Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Białystok, member of the Podlaska Arbitration Council at the Arbitration Court of the National Chamber of Commerce, cooperating with The European Association of Labour Court Judges (EALCJ), European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ), The World Bank (WB), expert of the Team Europe network coordinated by the European Commission Representation in Poland, member of many social organisations, including the European Association of Judges for Mediation (GEMME).
