Tatyana Slipachuk

Dr. Tatyana Slipachuk, Chartered Arbitrator, has 28th years’ experience in international arbitration acting as arbitrator in around 400 disputes under leading institutional rules and as counsel, including in some of the most high-profile investment treaty disputes involving Ukraine. She was the first Secretary General of the ICAC in 1994-2004,  as well as the founder and first president of the UAA. Tatyana has advised Ukraine in 5 WTO DSB cases involving Ukraine. She also has extensive experience in policy shaping and legislation drafting. During her legal practice has written, and commented on more than 100 legal acts. Tatyana Slipachuk is a Special Adviser to Sayenko Kharenko Law firm.
