Marek Furtek, b. 1956, In the years 2009 – 2018 President of the Court of Arbitration, and from 2018 Chairman of the Arbitration Council of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. Arbitrator or attorney in several hundred domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Attorney-at-law, advisor in dispute resolution and corporate matters. Founder and partner of law firms, currently at the law firm Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz. Until 2015 a member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Millennium, previously of other public companies. A graduate and until 1996 an employee of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
