Professor Krystyna Szczepanowska-Kozłowska is a partner at Allen & Overy where she heads the firm’s Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation practice. She specialises in litigation, both in intellectual property law and business and arbitration disputes, including those relating to unfair competition and consumer protection. She has represented clients in many landmark disputes before the Supreme Court of Poland. She is one of the most experienced commercial arbitrators in Poland, having sat in over 50 significant arbitration cases in Poland and abroad. As an arbitrator, she acts in the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) proceedings, as well as in proceedings before the Court of Arbitration of the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. She is a Vice President of the Arbitration Council of the PCC.
