Prof. Dr. Felix Dasser, LL.M. (Harv.), is a senior member and former head of the Dispute Resolution practice of the Swiss firm Homburger. His practice focuses on the litigation and arbitration of international commercial and investment disputes.

Felix Dasser advises Swiss companies on international litigation strategies and represents Swiss and foreign companies before Swiss courts and authorities. He has acted as counsel and arbitrator in numerous international arbitration cases and is familiar with various arbitration rules. He is President of ASA, the Swiss Arbitration Association.

Having habilitated at the University of Zurich in 1999, Felix Dasser lectures and publishes regularly in the fields of international commercial dispute resolution and international business law. He is visiting professor at the China University of Political Science and Law and, in 2018, taught a course on arbitration at the Hague Academy of International Law.
