Aleksandra Orzeł-Jakubowska is an associate in the White & Case Dispute Resolution, International Arbitration and White Collar practices. She provides legal assistance to clients in arbitration, mediation and court proceedings. Her track record includes post-M&A, construction and tech disputes. She acted as counsel and a tribunal secretary in international and domestic arbitration proceedings (under i.a. the ICC, VIAC and UNICTRAL rules). She has substantial experience in recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign court judgments. Additionally, she litigates personal interest cases for one of the firm’s leading clients from the social media sector.

Aleksandra holds a Ph.D. degree from the University of Warsaw where currently she serves as Adjunct Professor at the Department of Civil Procedure. Also she is a certified mediator affiliated with the Centre of the Disputes and Conflicts Resolution at the University of Warsaw.
